The economic model of this platform is based on a commission system that is charged from 10 to 12.5% ​​for companies and between 3 and 5% for freelance workers. Subscription formats are also possible, from 14.90 to 49.90 euros. Elleboss aims to have 1.6 million turnover in 2024, with a portfolio of 4,000 “ellebosseuses” and 800 clients. By 2025, the goal is to increase the amount to 8 million euros with 16,000 “workers” and 3,200 clients.

To achieve this, the Evelyn-based platform has started a €500,000 fundraising round. “Our goal is to become the reference site for independent women by bringing the human and the digital together,” says Juliette Mandrin.
